• Unreported conversations: Chat messages exist only in active server memory during a live session. The moment either participant disconnects, all message data is permanently and irrecoverably destroyed. It is never written to a database, log file, or backup system.
• Reported conversations: When a user submits a report, only the most recent messages from that specific session are temporarily captured and stored for investigation. This data is automatically and permanently deleted after a short retention period.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
