QuickRandomChat is built for meaningful, anonymous conversation. These Community Guidelines exist to ensure every user feels safe, respected, and free to engage in genuine dialogue. By using the platform, you agree to follow these rules at all times.

2. Core Rules

Every user is expected to:

• Treat others with basic respect and courtesy.
• Keep conversations lawful, civil, and non-exploitative.
• Report any behavior that makes you uncomfortable using the in-chat Report button.
• Accept that anonymity is a privilege, not a license to cause harm.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Harassment and Bullying: Repeated unwanted contact, targeted insults, personal attacks, stalking, or threatening language directed at another user.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hostility against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Impersonation and Fraud: Pretending to be another individual, organization, or authority figure with the intent to deceive, manipulate, or mislead.
• Spam and Exploitation: Sending repetitive, unsolicited, or promotional messages. Attempting to redirect users to external platforms, services, or websites for commercial purposes.
• Illegal Activity: Using the platform to coordinate, facilitate, or promote any activity that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Dissemination of Harmful Misinformation: Deliberately spreading false information intended to cause real-world harm to individuals or groups.

4. Absolutely Prohibited Content

The following categories of content carry the highest severity and will result in immediate, escalated enforcement action:

• Any sexual content involving minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Threats of violence, terrorism, or criminal coordination.
• Non-consensual sexual content of any kind.
• Content depicting or promoting exploitation, trafficking, or grooming.

5. Content Philosophy

QuickRandomChat is a platform for real, unfiltered conversation between consenting adults (18+). We understand that casual, adult-oriented discussions may naturally occur. Our moderation policy evaluates context and intent, not individual words. The presence of a word like "sex" does not automatically constitute a violation.

Sexually explicit or abusive conversations are not permitted. If you encounter content that makes you uncomfortable, please report it immediately using the in-chat Report button.

The platform does not encourage, promote, or facilitate sexual conversations. The nature and direction of any conversation is the sole responsibility of the participating users.

6. Reporting

A clearly visible Report button is available during every active chat session. When you submit a report:

• The session is immediately and permanently terminated for both participants.
• Only the most recent messages from that specific session are temporarily captured as evidence.
• The captured evidence is stored securely for a limited investigation period, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted.
• Your report is reviewed and appropriate action is taken based on severity and history.

We encourage you to report any behavior that violates these Guidelines. Your reports are the primary mechanism through which we maintain a safe and respectful community.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

We use a progressive enforcement model. The severity of the action depends on the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation:

• Formal Warning: Issued for minor or first-time violations. Tracked on the user's account record.
• Temporary Suspension: Applied for repeated or moderate violations. The user is temporarily restricted from accessing the chat functionality for a defined period.
• Permanent Ban: Reserved for the most severe violations, including any content listed under Section 4. Permanently banned users lose all access to the platform.

8. Moderation Philosophy

QuickRandomChat operates on a report-based moderation model. We do not proactively monitor, read, record, or perform automated analysis of chat conversations. Action is taken only in response to user-submitted reports. This approach ensures that:

• Your conversations remain private and anonymous by default.
• Moderation actions are targeted, proportional, and evidence-based.
• User privacy is preserved while maintaining community safety.

9. Your Safety Tools

We provide several tools to help you stay in control of your experience:

• Leave Chat: You can exit any conversation at any time. Simply click "Leave Chat" and confirm to instantly disconnect.
• Report: Flag inappropriate behavior using the in-chat Report button. This immediately ends the session and submits evidence for review.
• Anonymity: Your personal identity is never revealed to your chat partner. Registered users are identified only by auto-generated display names.

These Guidelines are not just policy. They serve a critical function in maintaining the integrity and sustainability of the platform:
